Jean is the Managing Director of Capaz St. Maarten. Jean was a co-founder of Capaz Consulting Curaçao, until February of 2005 when he returned to Sint Maarten to establish Capaz SXM. His varied past experience includes terms as an Island Receiver, Director of Resources in the Island Government, several posts in the Tax Department of The Netherlands and in management consulting for some of the world’s leading firms. He is a very experienced and creative consulting professional with international experience in application development and project management. He is especially skilled in combining business administration in the government environment and technical knowledge to translate functional requirements into successful business solutions. Jean possesses excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
